Be sure to mention if pets are permitted or NOT allowed on premises.

FIRE HAZARDS
Fires are classified into different classes based on the type of material that's burning. These classes include A, B, C, D, F, and K.

Class A
Fire caused by combustible carbon-based solids such as paper, wood or textiles
Class B
Fire caused by flammable liquids eg paraffin, petrol, diesel or oil (but not cooking oil)
Class C

Smoke detectors save lives, if you hear a fire alarm you must evacuate the building and leave the area immediately, take action by contacting the fire department if fire danger can not be controlled. A smoke detector is an electronic device designed to detect the presence of smoke, a key indicator of fire, and triggers a loud alarm to alert occupants of a building when smoke is detected, typically utilizing either a photoelectric sensor (detecting light scattering from smoke particles) or an ionization sensor (detecting disruption of an electrical current caused by smoke particles), allowing for early warning of a potential fire. Smoke detectors are powered by battery or hardwired with a backup battery and require regular testing and maintenance for optimal functionality. Be sure to provide smoke detector information in the description ad listing, note if there are smoke detectors installed on property. Check the "Yes" answer checkbox selection choice if smoke detectors are mounted in the property, in areas, such as, on ceilings near bedrooms and on each floor of a building. A waterfront is a street or piece of land next to an area of water, such as a harbor or the sea. Waterfront Property means property or area of land which is immediately adjacent to the water and having direct access to a natural or man-made waterway such as a lake or river. Beachfront property is a type of waterfront property that's located right on the beach, while waterfront property can be located on the edge of any body of water. Be sure to include this vital piece of information in your description and details ad listing display.

A listing description is a written description of a property that is intended to attract potential buyers and tenants. The information you provide must not be false.
